Offering complete engine rebuilds in house, we have over 40 years experience in classic Lotus engines. Using our extensive knowledge of both the Lotus TwinCam and the Lotus 900 Series engines, we offer rebuild services for all Lotus Elan, Lotus Esprit, Lotus Europa, Lotus Excel & Lotus Elite models.
We offer rebuild services to both original and uprated specifications, depending on customer specification. All of our engines are dyno tested to ensure our customers get the best results out of their Lotus engine rebuild. We work with our customers to create the engine specification perfect for the required application. Each engine is assessed to our exacting standards and refinished to give an as-new finish by using the latest technologies. We have recently taken on the use of an Aqua Blaster, which restores aluminium engine blocks to a like new condition. On top of that we also offer upgrades to the Lotus exhaust, Lotus cooling upgrades and Lotus carburettor upgrades.
As well as upgrades to the Lotus engine, we also offer Lotus gearbox rebuilds and upgrades. The Lotus gearbox can be rebuilt using standard or uprated competition parts dependant on application. For the Lotus Elan, we offer a 5 speed gearbox conversion, as well as uprated final drive ratios and fitting limited slip differentials.
