2009 Lotus Exige Scura
The Lotus Exige Scura was a limited edition, track focused version of the Lotus Exige S2, released in 2009. It was one of the most striking designs of the Lotus Exige, featuring matte black paint with a gloss black central stripe. It featured many body components being made out of carbon fibre for weight saving. These included the front splitter, side scoops and the rear wing. In the interior, the car was treated to lightweight carbon fibre seats, carbon fibre centre console and Alcantara door cards.
The differences were not only cosmetic either, the engine and gearbox spec was lifted straight from the Lotus Exige Cup 260, along with the 2-way Ohlins adjustable dampers, variable slip traction and launch control, and AP Racing 4-Pot front brakes.
The Lotus Exige Scura is a real unicorn car, with only 35 being made, and it is belived only 5 of those were for the UK market.
This particular car has only covered 11,264 miles since new, with very little use. It is has been regularly serviced throughout it's lifetime, and looked after by us for the past 6 years.
This is a rare opportunity to buy a truly special and highly collectible Lotus.
