Maidstone Sports Cars retain the right to charge our base storage rate of £25 plus VAT per week for the storage of any vehicle that remains on site after 2 weeks from date of estimation on work.

Maidstone Sports Cars retains the right to charge £25 plus VAT per day for the storage of any vehicle which remains uncollected after completion of works carried out by Maidstone Sports Cars when agreed storage period ends. Maidstone Sports Cars retain the right to charge £25 plus VAT per day if vehicle is uncollected after agreed storage period ends.

Therefore, under the 1977 Torts Interference with goods act, Maidstone Sports Cars retains the right to sell the goods to recover unpaid bills and related costs.

Maidstone Sports Cars may remove, store and if not collected within 30 days, may sell or otherwise dispose of any goods which the customer fails to remove from Maidstone Sports Cars site. The customer shall be responsible for all reasonable costs, which Maidstone Sports Cars may incur. Maidstone Sports Cars shall be entitled to deduct such costs from any monies lawfully due to the customer

Maidstone Sports Cars retains the right to charge an interest of 3% above Libor on any outstanding or unpaid debts.

It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that his vehicle is insured for theft whilst it is in the possession of Maidstone Sports Cars.

If any of these terms and conditions should be deemed to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which such terms and conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent of such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability, and in relation to such state or country.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude Maidstone Sports Cars liability for death or personal injury resulting from Maidstone Sports Cars' negligence.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights whether registered or unregistered in any information, content, materials data or processes contained in or to this web site belong to Maidstone Sports Cars or it's licensed source. All rights of Maidstone Sports Cars in such intellectual property are reserved.

Returned Goods

Returned goods must be authorised in advance by Maidstone Sports Cars.
The consumer has the right to cancel seven days after delivery.
Goods that are not in their original condition are not returnable to Maidstone Sports Cars.
No returns will be accepted later than 10 days after the supply date.
Returned goods will be subject to a 20% restocking and handling charge.
Goods that have been supplied that were not originally in stock are not returnable to Maidstone Sports Cars.

Introductory Offer Terms

One entry per person. Entrant must be a new customer of Maidstone Sports Cars. Voucher entitles to an alignment CHECK, not adjustment. Adjustments will be charged as standard upon customer request.

TVR

The use of TVR logos and registered trademarks is granted by specific permission from TVR Manufacturing Ltd
